• Information you submit in forms: name, phone number, email, street address, ZIP code, whether you own your home, your approximate electric bill, and your utility company.
• Your consent choices for calls and text messages, including the date, time, and wording of the consent you gave.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and the page you submitted from.
• Cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work. We do not currently use advertising or analytics tracking.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiries and quote requests.
• To contact you about solar by phone, text message, or email, according to the consent you provided.
• To determine whether solar may be a good fit for your home.
• To keep records of consent and opt-out requests and to comply with law.

How we share information

We share your information with our solar partner Skyline Solar so it can provide quotes, design, and installation. We also share it with service providers that help us operate, such as calling, texting, and website hosting providers, who may use it only to provide services to us. We do not sell your personal information.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Call monitoring

Calls with our representatives may be monitored or recorded for quality and training purposes.

• Text messages: reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help.
• Calls: tell any representative on a call, call us at (856) 605-7437, or submit a Do Not Call / Opt-Out request.
• Email: use the opt-out instructions in any email or contact info@outboundsolutionsllc.io.

We honor opt-out requests promptly and within 10 business days.

Data retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations, including keeping consent and opt-out records. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
